Shipping & Returns
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. It may vary depending on product and quantity ordered.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
- Third partying shipping via Fedex and UPS.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
How To Return An Item

In the event of a returned item please include your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt and purchase order number. Customer will be paying for shipping on the returned items.
We will not accept returns past 90 days of delivery. The items have to be in an unused condition and correctly packaged. For custom orders on floor tape and floor signs we will not accept return of items.
Your refund will be returned after 3-5 business days of delivery of returned items.
Mighty Line offers a three year limited warranty on its floor tape. As long you do not drag or pull skids across the tape. If you have a return because of a manufacturer's defect please follow these instructions.
